Sunrise Campus

the 'heart' of the Campus

Sunrise Campus comprises several departments of Scheuten Glass, and also provides housing for other businesses related to the theme of glass and energy. Its’ layout forsees in clustering all traffic and logistics on the edges of the campus; thus, a low-traffic area is created in the centre of the campus, leading to a high quality work environment.

More Less

This park-like central area alignes with the regional green structure and is part of a major ecological corridor. At the centre of Sunrise Campus, a building serving as a ‘habitat’ will be built. In this building, the themes glass and energy, and the sustainability/C2C ambitions of the Venlo region are made visible. The ‘habitat’ provides the campus with joint facilities, research laboratories, and an area for exchange, interaction and relaxation. The Sunrise Campus is designed in such a way that in the future it offers all necessary facilities to make it completely self sufficient regarding water supply, and thermal and electrical energy.
