Graduating in the basement – quite literally

For his graduation project, Tom Boom went underground at GROUP A, experimenting with ramming techniques and compression methods for hempcrete construction in the basement of the Keilepand. The result? Over 100 unique test samples and the foundation for a new production method for this biobased building technique.

Tuesday 13 May, Tom will present his findings together with Folkert van Hagen during the event ‘M4H in the Making: the learning-working community’ at the Keilepand.
