Start construction Ferro Offices in M4H Rotterdam

Today – Tuesday, April 9 – alderman Chantal Zeegers (Climate, Construction and Housing) and Port of Rotterdam’s CEO Boudewijn Siemons marked the start of the construction of Ferro Offices on the former Ferro site in Galileipark in M4H. The design by GROUP A transforms the Ferro office in a sustainable collective building that, with the reuse of the existing shell, a mainly biobased facade, energy label A++++ and solar panels on the roof, does justice to the sustainability ambitions of the intended real estate developments in the area.
