Construction Central Park started
Another exiting moment. The 4th of April was the festive start of the GROUP A designed Central Park office building in the Utrecht station area. By hoisting a large building cloth, deputy mayor Victor Everhardt gave the starting signal for the construction. Remarkable about the ninety metres high structure is the transparent horizontal and green zone half way the facade.
Central Park is a development by Angelo Gordon and APF International for Bouwinvest Office Fund. It is being built by Bouwcombinatie Westflank Noord VOF (construction companies Wessels Zeist BV and Wessels Rijssen BV) in collaboration with Peak Development. JLL is responsible for the lease of the building.
