Zoning plan Max Euwe Kwartier irrevocable

Rotterdam acquires 1,200 homes! The Municipality of Rotterdam has declared the Max Euwe Kwartier Phase 1 and 2a (Brainpark) zoning plan in Rotterdam irrevocable.

We are responsible for the urban development of the northern part of Brainpark I, part of the municipal master plan. Commissioned by BAKKERS | HOMMEN, we have a coordinating supervisor role in this and are working on two architectural assignements.

Max Euwe Kwartier Phase 1 consists of three buildings designed by ZZDP Architects, STIJNVANDENBOOGAARD ARCHITECTURE and GROUP A. The landscape design is by OKRA landscape architects.
