New office Dow has to become an eye catcher!
Dow Benelux has started the first preparations for the construction of their new headquarters in Terneuzen. The new accommodation should become an eye-catcher at the new Maintenance Value Park next to the Westerscheldetunnel.
In a UAV-GC contract with Cordeel Nederland, GROUP A designs the exterior, interior and the layout of the grounds of this eye-catcher, with the Zeeland landscape serving as inspiration for the design.
At present, Dow staff is spread over many buildings that are on or just outside the Dow site. With the new head office this will come to an end. There is room for a thousand employees at the new location, which anticipates a strong growth in the number of jobs, mainly at the service center.
The headquarters is expected to be ready by the end of 2018.
