Project update Central Park – 2020 metamorphosis Utrecht station area

The Utrecht station area, the largest construction site in the Netherlands, is getting a face. With the completion of Stadsplateau, the Forum, Jaarbeursplein, Stationsplein, Vredenburgplein and the bicycle shed, the district is becoming more and more part of the city. Yet the station area is far from finished. This yeary there is a lot is going to happen again.

Between the Stadskantoor and residential tower De SYP the GROUP A designed Central Park office tower is becoming more and more visible. The 90 metres high construction distinct itself with a transparent floor at 45 metres, where a green park divides the building into two parts. Each week a little more of the building can be seen at the construction site.

RTV Utrecht made a complete overview of what else you can expect in the station area in 2020. It shows a preview of what Central Park is going to look like once it is finished.
