Opening of the first phase of the new Quooker Campus in Ridderkerk
On 3 July, together with Quooker and the project team, we celebrated the completion and opening of the new distribution centre in Ridderkerk. This marks an important milestone in the development of the future Quooker campus.
For GROUP A architects, this project demonstrates an integrated approach in which logistics, production, architecture and landscape are brought together in a single, cohesive design. The new distribution centre forms the first phase of a future-proof campus that will continue to evolve over the coming years.
The design was developed in close collaboration with Quooker and the entire project team. Together with Cordeel, De Urbanisten, studio INAMATT and all other partners, we have created a compact, efficient and sustainable building that supports Quooker’s long-term ambitions.
We would like to thank Quooker for their trust and all project partners for the enjoyable and dedicated collaboration throughout the design and construction process. The completion of this first phase represents an important step in a development that will continue to take shape in the years ahead.
