Transformation of Ferro Offices completed

The transformation of the former Ferro office building from 1969 has been successfully completed! Ferro Offices has been delivered by Dura Vermeer to Port of Rotterdam.

The building has been converted into a sustainable multi-tenant workspace, reusing the existing structure and featuring a largely bio-based façade. This approach fully aligns with the sustainability ambitions for the area’s ongoing developments.

Ferro Offices now provides an inspiring home for port pioneers, innovators, start-ups, and scale-ups working towards a cleaner and smarter port. The project demonstrates how the shared vision for M4H is coming to life.
